Styled Shoot with Ashley Ramirez of Eighteenth Avenue Events

GEEKING OUT!!!  Thats pretty much my vibe for this one.  It’s not everyday that we, as wedding vendors, just get to have free reign on our creative forces, but this one was for fun.  Ashley Ramirez of Eighteenth Avenue Events and I connected about 6 months ago about partnering on a shoot and from there she RAN with it.  Full on Forest Gump style was a runnin’!  I would check in with her from time to time and ask how things were going.  “Ohh good… I’ve got X taken care of, waiting to hear back on Y, and Z is totally in the bag.”  My hat is off to Ashley for dreaming up the styling, gathering a team of super talented vendors, and executing on the setup.  My good friend Meghan MacAskill donned a Badgley Mischka dress and completely made my day with her grace and ease in front of the camera.  I should note that she is a totally freaking OUTSTANDING family photographer.  During our portraits I had one of those, “YESSSS GOD!!!!” moments… The light beams just started blasting through the trees making Narnia look ghetto.  It was totally awesome.  And yes, if you could listen to my commentary during a portrait shoot with all of those things happening at once you might very well think you were listening to an adult rated movie.  “Yes!  Yes!  Just a little to the left!  Ohhh, YES! Right thereeeeeee, gimme MORE!!!!!!!!  haha…  I’m happy no one records that stuff!!!   Good times.

Here are the stellar peeps that contributed their time and talents!  Check em out!
