Alondra and Roberto’s Sunnyvale AND Sausalito wedding!

I’ve been playing a little bit of catch up on the blog here, and this one is from late last summer.  What I remember most about Alondra and Roberto’s wedding was seeing how stoked Roberto was to marry Alondra, and… well… as ridiculous as it sounds… how damn good looking Roberto and his brothers are!!!  I mean, I don’t walk around looking at people commenting about, “Ahhh yeah, that’s a good looking dude right there!”  But when I met his brothers I was like, common guys, this is kind of ridiculous… Am I wrong here ladies?  Yes?  No?  Haha…. Anyways, liiiitle bit of a diversion there… back to Alondra and Roberto!

Alondra was THAT girl for Roberto… she was the cute one, the one that was DEFINITELY out of reach… just a little too pretty, just a little too kind… for him.  She was the girl on the playground that, as a guy, you are too nervous to approach and say, “Hi.” They would chat, and she would be nice to him, but definitely not letting him get the vibe that she was “‘bout it, ‘bout it!”  Roberto knew he had to play his cards right, and being that they are now married, I’m going to go out on a limb and say he NAILED IT!  I know almost for a fact that Robterto wakes up in the morning feeling lucky to have this girl by his side.  Not that he doesn’t bring his own awesome to the table, I just know that he is that smitten with her.  Every time we got together this was so easy to see.

Their wedding was a bit unique… wanting to pay homage to both their family religions they planned not one, but TWO ceremonies, each about 40 miles from each other.  WHUUUUUUUT!?!?!  Ha.  They started with a more traditional catholic ceremony at St. Martin Parish in Sunnyvale and then we blasted North to Ondine Restaurant in Sausalito for their second ceremony which was more of a Christian ceremony.  While you’re scrolling down there, check out the dopeness of that grooms cake!  A San Francisco Giants themed trolley car!  Awesome!

I just received an email from Roberto the other day stating that they are now expecting a baby!  I wish nothing but the best for them as they start this new adventure as a family.  Congrats you guys!
